At WoodWall, we are dedicated to providing efficient and reliable delivery services for your convenience. Please read and understand the following terms and conditions regarding our 48-hour delivery services:
Delivery Timeframe:
We offer a 48-hour delivery service for your orders, ensuring you receive your products promptly. While we make every effort to maintain this timeframe, please note that exceptional circumstances, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors may lead to slight delays. Your understanding is appreciated in such cases
Delivery Address:
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address during the checkout process.
We will deliver the order to the address you specify.
Delivery Confirmation:
A confirmation email with delivery details, including tracking information, will be sent to you upon dispatch.
Receiving Your Order:
Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to accept and sign for the delivery. In the event that no one is available, depending on courier T&C’s the delivery may still take place, and the goods will be delivered to the front of your property.
Stolen or Damaged Materials:
We are unable to cover any stolen or damaged materials after delivery. To safeguard against this, it is strongly recommended that somebody is available to accept the delivery
Rare Delivery Delays:
On extremely rare occasions, a delivery may be delayed from the original delivery date/time. This could be due to reasons such as a delivery vehicle breakdown. In such rare circumstances, the courier service may have to reschedule the delivery
Contractor Bookings:
We do not recommend booking contractors to install any wood wall panels on the day of delivery. The delivery may take place up to 8 PM, and on rare occasions, it may be delayed. You agree that WoodWall is not liable for any costs incurred due to late or delayed deliveries.
Missing or Damaged Items:
Any missing or damaged items should be reported within 14 days of delivery. After this period, you agree that we cannot be held responsible for any missing or damaged items. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a smooth and efficient delivery process.
